Pelican Pointe is located in Orange Beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico near grocery, restaurants, and souvenir shops. This ninth floor, non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit overlooks the pool and provides beautiful views of the beach and gulf. The fully furnished kitchen has Granite counter tops and New Stainless Steel appliances.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the large covered balcony. There is a 32in LCD TV mounted on the wall and a DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a 26in LCD TV mounted on the wall and a DVD player, and the third bedroom has two double-beds and a 24in TV with built in DVD player. The sofa converts into a queen- size bed.

This condominimum has all the amenities: fully furnished kitchen, full size washer and dryer, four TVs, VCRs, DVD player, stereo, and free wireless high- speed internet.

There are nine exceptional golf courses in the area, excellent Gulf and backwater fishing, great dinning, and fantastic shopping at the nearby outlet mall. Gambling is one hour and 45 minutes away in Biloxi, Mississippi.
